Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdabee website at https://bdabee.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the registered player) and bdabee. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bdabee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://bdabee.net/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bdabee Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms and conditions that apply to individual bonuses or offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional document shall take precedence only with respect to that promotion.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdabee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Players who do not satisfy every one of these criteria are prohibited from registering an account or participating in any game, bet, or promotional offer on the platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bdabee is an 18+ platform without exception. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance or winnings.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited at the time of each login and wager. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location before using bdabee.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts under applicable law are not permitted to register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling. Attempting to open a new account while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
• Not a bdabee Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and officers of bdabee, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotion.

bdabee implements age verification procedures during and after account registration. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any point. Account access may be restricted pending completion of age verification, and any winnings accrued prior to successful verification may be withheld until the verification process is complete.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by bdabee — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual person may hold only one active bdabee account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different payment methods, or any other combination — is strictly prohibited. bdabee employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.

• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdabee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account while using your correct credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you.

We will take reasonable steps to secure your account, but cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access prior to notification.
• Account Verification (KYC): bdabee may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may involve submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, a proof of address document, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your name, address, mobile number, or email address — you must update your account profile promptly or notify the support team. bdabee cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by outdated account information.
• Account Currency: bdabee player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals will be processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by bdabee; the currency of your account is fixed at BDT from the date of registration.

bdabee may at its sole discretion request additional verification documentation at any point in the life of your account, including at the time of withdrawal. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. bdabee reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the registered player's name, and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. bdabee targets a withdrawal processing time of one to three business days from the point of approval, though actual transfer times to your payment method may vary. bdabee does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bdabee accepts no responsibility.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on bdabee are subject to the rules and conditions set out in this section, as well as any additional rules applicable to specific games, sports, or betting markets as published within the relevant sections of the platform. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the bdabee system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game rounds. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may differ between products, events, and player account tiers.
• Odds and Market Suspension: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. bdabee reserves the right to suspend markets at any time, including during live events, where circumstances warrant. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing, bdabee applies the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB) to determine settlement.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets close when the relevant event or phase of play concludes. Bets submitted after market closure are not accepted. Latency in data feeds may affect live odds; bdabee is not liable for any difference between displayed odds and real-time match conditions resulting from feed latency.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading personal information at registration or during the KYC process; impersonating another individual; using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdabee platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — to facilitate, conceal, or launder the proceeds of criminal activity. bdabee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and has the right to freeze account balances and report suspicious activity without prior notice to the player.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Colluding with other players, sports participants, match officials, or any other party to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event. bdabee employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where collusion or match manipulation is suspected.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the bdabee platform or any connected game software to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a software error are void regardless of the amount.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human agent to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner that bypasses genuine human decision-making.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to bdabee without first attempting to resolve the matter through the bdabee support team. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in account suspension and may be pursued as fraudulent activity.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the bdabee platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access by sharing account credentials with a minor.

Account Suspension & Closure

bdabee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the bdabee support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed as a priority and take effect immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be refunded to a verified payment method held in the player's name, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. • Self-Exclusion: Players who self-exclude from bdabee are prohibited from re-registering for the duration of their exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and will be treated as such.
